Doctor of Law and former lecturer in international tax law, he combines academic grounding with over two decades of practical experience, having supervised more than 100 tax audits conducted by the French DVNI.

Since the firm’s inception, his involvement in complex matters has led him to work on contentious proceedings and restructuring operations within listed groups or companies with a substantial international footprint.

In the course of his work, Laurent has engaged directly with the French tax audit directorate and the legal department of the Ministry of Finance. This experience has shaped a practice that is both resolutely pragmatic and grounded in the realities of administrative and tax proceedings — where each solution is designed to ensure tax efficiency and legal security while addressing the company’s concrete strategic goals.
